Our management and administration department is made up of staff specialised in the preparation of tax forms, and is mainly responsible for preparing budgets and provisions of funds, invoicing, preparing and filling in the tax forms generated by the deeds signed at the notary's office, as well as telematically submitting the deeds to all Public Administrations (Town Halls, Suma, Cadastre, Generalitat Valenciana...) and of course to the registers (Property or Mercantile).
From the very day you sign your deed and we send you the provision of funds by email, we start working on all these procedures, which are not the most "visible" in a notary's office, but which are equally or more important than all those carried out beforehand.
At our notary's office in Almoradí we are aware that the work does not end when the deed is signed, and we value the whole post-signing phase, in order to settle taxes and register the deed in the shortest possible time.
